2054

I think life in 2054 will be like, well I don't know. It is only 2014. We may have a put a man on Mars and be driving flying cars. We might live underwater. Airfare might be cheep for all I know. In the back to the future 2 they travel to 2015, which is only a year away. We have flying cars and hovercrafts. However, the TVs are still thick and there isn't a tablet to be found. I think this goes to show that we can't predict the future.
However if I had to guess what life would be like I would think it would be very grim. The polar bears would be dead, Santa Claus would be swimming in his factory, and we would be suffocating in our greenhouse. But who knows maybe humanity might have turned things around. We might have a man on Mars and drive in flying cars; and maybe just maybe we could fly to London for $750.

A Year

My birthday is coming up and I have been composing a list of things to do in my upcoming year. I am trying to find one thing to do for every day of year. My list is composed of things I have never done, am afraid of, or have been putting off.  So far I have 12 things, out of 365. My goal is to fave my fears and live in the moment.
The first thing on my list is to light a match; a task I have never done and am terrified of. Ever since I was little I had a fear of fire. You have to tell most kids not to play with fire, but that wasn't the case for me. The second thing on my list is another thing I am scared of: stand out in a storm. There is something about thunder and lightning that terrify me, even though the chances of me getting hurt are a million to one. My list goes on to say other things of the sort such as, read a book in a weekend, watch "Psycho", and other things of the sort. I am no where near done and only have a couple of mouths left, but I think any task I can do will help.

Hello!

My name is Sophie. I don't like introductions. My favorite band is Young the Giants, and I also like Robert Plant. Most people find me weird, because I am. I like rainbows, sunshine and world peace. I am also very scatterbrained.

P. S. This is my blog for Literature class.
